The Egyptian Museum is located in the city center of Cairo, close to the downtown, and near by the famous Tahrir Square, where the great Egyptian revolutions took place in 2011 & 2013 as well.
The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities is housing more than 2500 pieces of the ancient Egyptian monuments that date back to various eras including the Pharaonic, Greek and Roman times as well. It is also housing the special treasures of the young king, Tutankhamun, and the Royal Mummy Room that houses the royal mummies of the ancient Egyptian kings that can not be seen anywhere else.
Morning time you’ll be met by our expert tour guide in Cairo, who will join you in such a fantastic tour to the Museum to explore the wonderful collection of the Egyptian monuments, statues, stelae, rare paintings and small sphinxes for different kings and queens including Hatshepsut and Thutmosis III.
