Morning time, we will leave the port of Port Said and start driving towards Cairo by private Air-conditioned vehicle. Upon arrival to Cairo, you’ll be met with our expert, Egyptologist tour guide, who will accompany you in such amazing tour in Cairo that includes Pyramids of Giza, constructed around 2500 BC as the necropolis of the kings of the forth dynasty. Also we will see the marvelous sphinx constructed with a body of a lion and the head of a human to guard the pyramids from any threats. Our next visit will be to The Step Pyramid Complex in Sakkara, which is considered to be the oldest surviving stone monument in the whole world and the first proper pyramid to be constructed in ancient Egypt. We will then enjoy lunch at local restaurant. After lunch we will drive to our hotel for check in & overnight.

Breakfast meal at your hotel. After that, you’ll join our expert, Egyptologist tour guide in such awe-inspiring tour in the city center of Cairo. We begin our visits of the day by exploring The Egyptian Museum, the largest museum in the world with a huge collection of displays dating back to various periods of the ancient Egyptian history including the golden exhibits of Tutankhamen. We will then visit the Citadel of Saladin, constructed in the 10th century by Saladin to protect Egypt and became the residence of the rulers of Egypt for a period that lasted more than seven centuries. Finally we will proceed to visit Coptic Cairo Area, including The Hanging Church, the Abu Serga Church and the Church of Saint Mary. After finishing your day tour, we will be transferred by our private air-conditioned vehicle to Port Said or Alexandria to catch up your Mediterranean cruise ship after spending splendid two-day tours in Egypt.
